Yah! No shit. That is actually an elementary school with the recess facilities on the roof.
Makes you wonder why they are better at soccer than us eh? Or then again maybe it explains it.

I know you're not a soccer fan but one of the great beauties of this game is that it requires so little equipment. Kids rich and poor around the world play this game because as long as you have something that rolls they can play. You don't need much space and even with the luxury of the space we have here I have seen kids in the limited space in my backyard in Stratford, play it for hours. The greatest teams in the world scout for talent in very poor places because it is such an accessible game. Lungamente vive il bello gioco.
