"Mental Health Day"

And physical health day as well. My brain and my back needed a rest. So instead of training today I worked...yes I do that now and again. And instead of blogging I'm watching Dora with Kylie.

I wish to dedicate day 64 to my nephew Jason, a man who inspires me by not wasting words needlessly.

“Rest is for the weary, sleep is for the dead."---Dr Who

And to make up for the lack of my own words here are some totally unrrelated ones I came across.

....this one because it hit home to me
"Each of us wrestles with the dark giant in our own way."---Connie Zweig

....and this one because it made me think of a family trait, and made me laugh like hell.
“There are three kinds of men. The one that learns by reading. The few who learn by observation. The rest of them have to pee on the electric fence for themselves.”---Will Rogers

With regards to the last quote, not only did you share that because of a family trait, but I am sure there are stories that go along with it.

To the Rooyakkers siblings, do tell!!!!!!

Well, I remember being encouraged by one of my brothers to try it. If I remember correctly though, their enthusiasm about me trying it was my clue to NOT do it after all. I do remember lots of other experiments with the fencers both inside and outside though. We used them in the barn so cows would not arch their back when taking a crap, and one of us grabbed the trainer and then touched the cow....both jumped to the roof! Maybe it was Terry, but I am not sure.

My question is ..."where is this Jason you speak of?" I don't ever remember meeting him....
