Not so my body. I think I'm gonna ask for a bailout plan from the government. I decided to take the day off completely and get back at it tomorrow. The problem is, as I sit down to write I realize that I have no idea where to begin, and further realize that it's because I have been using my training time to come up with ideas for my writing.
So with the lack of ideas, in combination with the rattling still going around in my brain, and the fact that my day started way too early for poor old me (6 am meeting) I'm gonna beg off early today. It will be my day to ask everyone out there to please be good to yourself...you deserve it.
I choose to dedicate day 13 to my sister Stella(that means "star") who also sings better than me, and is a better electrician than me. Im especially proud of her for that.

A number of years ago Rob took effexor as well and can only suggest that you be patient with weaning yourself off and know that the electric shocks as he calls them will go away. Hang in there we're all rooting for you
Rattling is a good sign that there is something in that head of yours. Glad you decided to listen to your body and take the day off, and to listen to your heart and pick up your grandson Colby at school and create a wonderful memory.

Well, I for one am pissed. You had no business just taking a day off without some better excuse than sand in your head. I look forward all day to the next installment and apparently if you don't train, you have very little to say! Is there a connection? Or is today a day for the realist to rear his ugly head, and give the pessimist a break? Whatever! I'm so excited about moving into my new house I don't have time to worry about you today anyway - maybe tomorrow.
