And I'm proud of my efforts to maintain it. Today however I'm just too tired to make an effort. I got back from Brampton in time to get a short run in before dark and so I did the block and tried to re-enact my 2k accomplishment of the other day, but nothing doing. That's ok however as I'm just getting over this bug I have. Tomorrow I should be back to full speed with a morning swim planned, and then a longer bike ride in the afternoon.
